Welcome to the African American Business Community Arts Network (“AABCAN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and other online services (collectively, the “Service”).
By registering, accessing, or using AABCAN, you (“you”, “user”, or “member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
To create an account or use AABCAN, you must:
Be at least 13 years of age.
If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Reside in a country where our services are legally available.

Accounts of users under 13 will be deleted immediately.

You agree not to use AABCAN to:
Violate any law or regulation.
Post content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, pornographic, threatening, misleading, or harmful to minors.
Engage in discriminatory or hateful speech, including racism, sexism, or bigotry.
Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

AABCAN is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. We may, but are not obligated to:

All content on AABCAN (except User Content) — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of AABCAN or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service without notice if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to our community or systems.
Termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay fees incurred prior to termination, if applicable.

No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
