Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef or sirloin strips 1 onion (chopped) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 2 cups beef broth 1½ cups egg noodles ½ cup sour cream Salt, pepper, paprika Instructions: Brown beef with onion and garlic. Add broth and noodles, cook until noodles are soft. Stir in sour cream and season to taste.
