Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1 cup stone-ground grits 4 cups water or broth 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 tbsp butter 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1 tsp paprika Salt and pepper Instructions: Cook grits in boiling water/broth until tender (about 20–25 min), stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese and 2 tbsp butter; season to taste. Sauté shrimp with garlic, butter, paprika, salt, and pepper until pink (3–4 minutes). Serve shrimp over cheesy grits.
