Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 6 tbsp butter (cold) 3/4 cup buttermilk 1/2 lb breakfast sausage 2 tbsp flour 2 cups milk Salt and pepper Instructions: Mix biscuit ingredients and bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes. Brown sausage, add flour to make a roux, then stir in milk to thicken. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
