Ingredients: 4 slices thick bread (brioche or challah) 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla Butter for frying Instructions: Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Dip bread and cook on buttered skillet until golden. Serve with maple syrup.
