Ingredients: 2 lbs collard greens, chopped 1 smoked turkey leg 1 tbsp olive oil 1 chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth Instructions: Sauté onion and garlic, add broth and turkey. Simmer 20 mins. Add greens and cook 45 minutes until tender.
