Ingredients: 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled) ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing 1 cup shredded lettuce ½ cup diced tomatoes 4 large flour tortillas Optional: shredded cheddar cheese Instructions: In a bowl, toss chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Lay tortillas flat. Add lettuce, tomatoes, buffalo chicken, dressing, and cheese. Fold sides and roll into wraps. Optional: grill wraps in a pan for 2 minutes per side for a crispy finish. Slice and serve immediately.
