Ingredients: 6 cups cubed day-old bread 2½ cups milk ½ cup heavy cream 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup raisins (optional) 2 tbsp butter (melted) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk milk, cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins. Let sit 15 minutes. Pour into baking dish, drizzle butter on top. Bake 45–50 minutes until set and golden. Serve warm with sauce or whipped cream.
