Ingredients: 2 cups cauliflower rice 1/2 cup diced bell peppers 1/4 cup green peas 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari 1 clove garlic (minced) 1 tsp sesame oil Instructions: Sauté garlic and veggies in sesame oil. Add cauliflower rice and soy sauce; stir-fry for 5–7 minutes. Serve hot as a healthy grain-free option.
